UpWise offers digital ebooks in PDF format, which are delivered instantly after successful payment.
Due to the nature of digital products, returns are not applicable.
Once a digital ebook has been downloaded or accessed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not offered. However, refunds may be considered only in the following specific
cases:
✅ Eligible Refund Cases
- Duplicate payment made accidentally for the same product
- Technical issue where the ebook was not delivered or accessible after successful payment
❌ Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Dissatisfaction with the content
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
- Incompatibility of the PDF with the user’s device or software
- Accidental purchase by the user
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction
- Proof of payment may be required
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
